This week’s IFB project (#26) was to make a special post about our favourite posts of 2011. In order to do this I had to go through all this year’s posts, and pick (up to) 10 of my favourites. This sounds easy, but it isn’t ‘cause I wrote all of them, and I love them equally, so it was too difficult to pick only 10. However, I managed to do it. I remembered my emotions and thoughts when I was writing them, and I kept smiling the whole time.
Here we go (in no special order):

It was one of your favourite outfits, since it’s no.1 on my most popular posts, and it’s one of the outfits I enjoyed wearing the most. No wonder I put it on this list too.

Ok, now I know I cheated a bit here, by putting 3 links instead of one, but don’t judge me. They were all my favourites and couldn’t part them, plus they are supposed to be one post separated into 3 parts. So it’s really one huge post.

One of my more recent posts, on my trip to the beautiful city of Nafplio, Greece. I loved wearing this outfit. I felt so elegant, and happy in it.

This post falls on the same category as the previous one. It reminds me of my trip, and it felt so good wearing it. I was a little furry yeti, and I enjoyed it. 🙂
5. How to dress for holiday parties

My most recent post is also one of my favourites. This time, it doesn’t have to do with one of my outfits, but some of my recommendations, to create the perfect holiday outfit for you. I put a lot of work in it, and I’m really proud.

I loved wearing this color-blocking outfit, combining red and green together for the very first time (!). Yes I admit it. For many years I thought it was the worst combination ever. But how could I not wear my new cherry skirt which was gifted to me by my mother for my birthday? After all, cherries have both red and green in them. And they are always in fashion. 😉

8. Spring purchases (Volume 1, Volume 2)

Ok I cheated once more. But, the same thing applies here. It was one post separated into 2, cause I didn’t want it to be huge. Not only I loved my new purchases but I also loved these pictures and posts. The outcome of them surprised me pleasantly.

10. Having fun at the playground

I wasn’t sure of which posts to pick from a list I had, so I asked help from the boy. He told me his choices, and I stuck to most of them. We were arguing between this and another one, but I thought I’d do him a favor and pick his choice for the tenth place. After all it was a really fun post.

Loading ...I thought this post would be the best way to seal my first year of blogging since I started my blog at the start of 2011. Yes, you guessed right. My blog’s first anniversary is in the next month. I may have some things for you.
Of course 2011 isn’t quite over yet. I know I still have at least one more outfit post to show you and a lot more till the end of the year. But it was a nice change and I didn’t want to lose it.

The Birthday outfit was definitely high on my list. I just loved the combination of color and the cherry skirt my mom bought for me.

Every post was amazing! It was difficult to choose one, and of course I am sure it was difficult for you too! I loved the Vienna posts, Nafplio (because then I got to know it!), the forest and the playground… but because of the amaaaaazing outfit and Nafplio’s background I chose “The leopard in me”! I really loved that skirt and leopard top together, and then the great stones and sky in Nafplio.
But I also loved the posts with the braid for the wedding, remember? Veeeery beautiful! Then one checking out comments on T.’s Blackberry… there were so many beautiful moments that you shared with us…!
Anyway, you wrote about your 10 favorite posts and I chose mine among them! But all were beautiful! Because beauty comes from the inside, and it then reflects on the outside – and you have a lot of both with great quality!

You know, I voted for the “leopard in me” one too, exactly because I liked the outfit so much. It was very different of what I usually wear and I enjoyed it. Plus, it reminds me of my trip, as I said.
Of course I remember the post with the braid for the wedding. It was one of my favourites too, and I remember you saying this too. And it was on my top 16 posts I had on my mind for this one, but T. didn’t include it, and I wanted to show a variety of posts here, not only outfit ones, so it was a really tough choice, and I didn’t like leaving it behind. I love it too. The one with T.’s Blackberry was from this summer’s vacations in Chalkidiki. I remember it. Oh I wish I could show my whole face, and not put these silly things on it. But I swear, one day, I will show you the original ones.
