I’m not gonna lie to you! I wasn’t initially going to buy these shoes, even though I really liked them. But seeing them everywhere in the blogosphere made it so difficult for me to resist! After contemplating on whether or not to buy them, I managed to find a way to justify their purchase, by thinking that they would look perfect with the dress I bought for my cousin’s wedding. Of course I had already chosen my favorite one among the variation of color combinations available. And finally decided to make the purchase! They weren’t available at my local Zara, but they were at the central store. A quick visit at the store, before my road trip to Kavala last Friday morning put them in my possession. Enjoy the photos I took for you (even though you may have already seen the shoes everywhere!).
I’m not sure if I’m gonna wear them in an outfit before the wedding, so here’s some photos of them worn (in case you haven’t seen them before!).
So far they seem really comfortable! But if anyone owns them as well, I would appreciate your opinion, since I want to wear them in a wedding which means, lots of hours of standing in them.
With these, my Shoe Collection hit 57 pairs, but to be honest I’m already on 59, since I got 3 (yes three!) more pairs this week. Curious? Stay tuned for more details during next week!
Have a great weekend!

Oooohhh… wow! I know, you already know I have a non-Zara buying policy since they stole money from me, but I’m working on it so that I can buy there again. They are now sending me very horrible emails, but I believe soon it’ll be solved – it has to.
And then I would buy these shoes – they are simply amazing! The color, the heel, everything! You’ll look even more beautiful in them! Can’t wait to see the dress and the sandals together! I’m sure you’ll be the prettiest girl there, oh well, let’s not forget the bride, of course!
I know what you mean, although I know I have enough shoes (is there this word, “enough”? Hahaha!) I saw two pairs that I loved last week and bought one – and kept on thinking of the other, so I’ll go there next week to get it! Why not? We should enjoy what we like!
Buying a new dress for a wedding is normal for me or here, but once I lived in a country I won’t say where (but you know, and it is not the UK), and there people normally don’t buy new clothes to weddings. Brides’ mother would go wearing WHITE denim jackets (I have proof of it!), no makeup and wet hair. Some guests would go wearing raincoats and so on. I understand it’s the culture of the place, but I always bought new clothes for weddings – and for one, people were kind of “shocked”, saying “she EVEN bought a new dress to go!” I found that comment funny!
Hope you have a great great weekend, and really looking forward to seeing the pics of the weeding! (Or what you will wear, of course!)

They’re sending you horrible emails? Why? I really hope everything goes well and that you solve this matter for good. Because the have so many beautiful designs, and quite good prices…
I know the bride would be prettier, and she has to, because she’s the bride, and it’s her day.
Sometimes it’s hard to resist beautiful shoes, especially if they have really good prices…And I don’t think there’s such thing as enough shoes. Not for me obviously.heheh
We usually buy something new for a wedding as well..Especially if it’s a wedding of a close person or relative…But not everyone does…Sometimes we wear dresses and clothes we already have, but they have to be more formal… Jeans, and raincoats? :/ Never seen anything like it…Sounds weird…
I think dressing up is a wonderful way to show respect for the ceremony, and honor the lucky couple who’s getting married. I love dressing up, and going to weddings…:)
Have a great Sunday Denise! I hope you’re having a fantastic time…
I’ll try to get lots of pics of the wedding, that I can post…We’ll have to wait till the end of June though…:)
