VFNO 2012 Thessaloniki | My outfit

As promised, here I am, with a more detailed post about the outfit I wore this year at VOGUE Fashion’s Night Out in Thessaloniki. I’ve already shared photos from that day with you, but here are a few outfit photos I managed to snap just before I left for the event.

Top, jeans, shoes, necklace: Zara, sunglasses: Ray-Ban Folding wayfarers, watch vintage, bag: from a local shop.

I was going for something comfortable yet fashionable. And it seems that I ended up wearing Zara head to toe. Ha! What can I say? They do have some of the most fashionable and comfortable high street clothes out there. I was tricked by the weather to wear something for cooler temperatures, but the weather that day was super-hot, so I was almost melting in these clothes.

I wore my Zara statement necklace, which is really huge, so I kept the rest of the outfit simple, by wearing only a small watch as an accessory.

You’ve already seen it on my “new in” post, and in one of my latest outfits.

As for the shoes, I definitely wanted to wear heels, because flats always give me blisters after some time, and let’s face it; they’re more elegant of a choice. These weren’t my first choice, neither the most comfortable pair of heels I own (but it’s pretty close) but they were the most suitable for this outfit and for the occasion.

They were fine for a few hours of walking, and in this way, I managed to save them already, according to the rules of Shoeper Shoe Challenge by Shoeperwoman.com. This is Shoe Save #31/62.

      Can’t believe your remember the name of my cat. 🙂
      My mom is feeling much better now. Of course she has a long way until she recovers completely but she’s doing many things by herself now. She’s not one of those people who sit around doing nothing.
