Today’s post is very different from the others, and that’s because I asked Summer, from the blog S for Summer to write a guest post for me. Summer writes her blog in Greek, but if you browse through her archive you’ll feel the warmth and carefree mood of summer overflowing out of each of her posts, just by looking at the pictures. As Summer states, her blog, is her mean to show you her ways to prolong summer. I want to thank her for agreeing to do this guest post, and I’ll leave her guide you through her recipe. Be sure to keep up with her blog, and Facebook page as well.
Summer: “Firstly, M., I want to thank you for hosting me here on your beautiful blog today! Doing this guest post is a great pleasure for me!
As you’ve already seen (or you can now see) on my blog, every day I try to find cute little things that remind me of summer, giving the sparkle and freshness of a hot summer day in my every day life.
What’s lighter and more refreshing than a glass of white wine spritz to share with you! To preface a nice lunch or a dinner, to accompany a light dish or to even have it by itself, a Spritz can decorate your glasses and make you say “Cheers!” with your loved ones!
– 1 Liter of light white fruity wine
– 1/2 liter of sparkling mineral water, or some kind of soda
– A lemon, cut into slices
– A few slices of lime (optional)
– Fresh mint
– 3 Tablespoons of honey
It’s a very simple process… Find a nice way to serve it and mix the ingredients! Have in mind, that you should warm your honey first, so it can be mixed well with the rest of your ingredients. Then, add some ice, taste it to confirm that the alcohol ratio fits your requirements and your taste, and serve!
You can make your beverage’s presentation better by decorating your glasses, and jug!
Enjoy!”
P.S. Don’t forget to check my guest post on Summer’s blog: my recipe for a delicious and refreshing summer smoothie.

You can easily make it for winter too. Maybe with some adjustments.
Thank you so much for all your comments! I’m glad you liked my “army” outfit! I really enjoyed wearing it.
As for the fishtail braid, it was really easy to make, and it was actually the first time I tried. My hair is still asymmetrically cut (trying to bring them all to the same level), and I get hair sticking out of the braid. That’s why I used some bobby pins to keep them in place, even though you could see them. It made the braid more structured, and it was ok for the wedding, with some hair spray.
