I must do something about my inability to find post titles, because I tend to spend more time trying to find a title for my posts than actually writing the text. This title sums up the color pattern of my outfit, and my feelings for this cloudy summer day. We took these photos before going out with T. but the lighting of them disappoints me. And even though it was only on my previous post I said that summer in Greece tends to stay until mid-October, that day I got the feeling that it won’t stay for that long. And it made me really sad, not only because I hate winter (and the change to winter time in the end of October), but also because as I told you, I’ve booked a vacation in the middle of September, and it would be great to finally enjoy the sea, or at least the pool for a few days, after a rather hot summer spent in my city. Anyway…I hope you enjoy these photos! I picked a really simple outfit to wear with my favorite Steve Madden sandals, and my huge D&G bag. Do you like it?
Πρέπει να κάνω κάτι για την ανικανότητα μου να βρίσκω τίτλους για τις αναρτήσεις μου, γιατί ξοδεύω περισσότερη ώρα να βρω τίτλους παρά για να γράψω το ίδιο το ποστ. Αυτός ο τίτλος συνδυάζει την χρωματική παλέτα του συνόλου που φοράω και τα συναισθήματά μου για εκείνη τη συννεφιασμένη μέρα. Τραβήξαμε αυτές τις φωτογραφίες λίγο πριν την έξοδό μας με τον Τ. αλλά ο φωτισμός τους με απογοήτεψε λίγο. Και παρόλο που μόλις στο προηγούμενο ποστ σας είπα ότι χαίρομαι που το καλοκαίρι στην Ελλάδα διαρκεί ως τα μέσα Οκτωβρίου, εκείνη τη μέρα ένιωσα ότι κάτι τέτοιο δεν πρόκειται να συμβεί φέτος. Και αυτό με στεναχώρησε πολύ, όχι μόνο γιατί μισώ το χειμώνα και την αλλαγή σε χειμερινό ωράριο, αλλά και επειδή όπως σας είπα έχω κλείσει τις διακοπές μου για τα μέσα του Σεπτεμβρίου κι ελπίζω σε καλό καιρό μπας και καταφέρω να απολαύσω μερικές μέρες στη θάλασσα ή έστω στην πισίνα. Θα ήταν υπέροχο ειδικά εφόσον πέρασα όλο το καλοκαίρι στη ζεστή μου πόλη. Ελπίζω να σας αρέσουν οι φωτογραφίες που βγάλαμε. Διάλεξα ένα πολύ απλό σύνολο για να φορέσω μαζί με τα Steve Madden πέδιλά μου και την τεράστια D&G τσάντα μου. Σας αρέσει;

Yes, they do! But that wasn’t intentional! I bought this color recently and it’s been over a week since I painted my nails. But it did match my outfit perfectly. hehe I wanted so much to wear this bag again. It’s been in my closet for too long without me wearing it. It’s a shame because I love it.

I don’t think you have too far to go on your diet to be honest, you don’t want to get too slim and lose your curves. My diet is going well, thanks for asking. I’ve lost 5 pounds, 2 more to go then the hardest bit, keeping it off in the winter months!(which I like you, feel are coming far too quickly!) I bought a few new things with the help of my dear mom, it’s funny because I’ve seen so many of your outfits and new purchases, I feel like I want to show you what I bought! Maybe next time I wear them I’ll take some pics to send you.

I’m so glad you liked my latest outfits. Oh don’t worry about getting too slim and losing my curves. That is highly unlikely to happen. I still have lots of curves, especially on the lower part of my body, as I’m “pear-shaped”, but I do my best to cover it. I have to lose about 5 more kilos to be not only at my normal weight but also a bit fit, and I’m working with a dietitian who’s also a personal trainer, so he knows what he’s and I’m doing. 🙂 So far I’ve only lost the kilos I put on last winter, and I still have to lose the extra ones from the previous years to go back to my old self. I can’t wait.
I’m happy for you! You didn’t have many pounds to lose; that’s nice. I’m sure you’ll be able to keep it off, but I can understand how difficult it might be, because I’ve wondered about the same. We must change our eating habits, if we want to stay thin and most of all healthy.
