Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair review

Second Friday in a row that I’m writing a beauty review, but as you can imagine, I’m out of outfit photos and I’m feeling generally uninspired these days. But reviews are also a part of this blog, and I love doing them, so here’s another one of a product I’ve been using for months.

If you follow Stylishly Beautiful too, you’d probably have seen one of our beauty videos where I’m talking about this product. Back then, I had just started using it, but now I have a fuller opinion about it.

Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex II is basically an anti-aging serum, proven to significantly reduce major signs of visible aging. It’s supposed to be used night (and/or day) before your moisturizer. Here is where I should point out that I am too young to have major signs of visible aging. I do however have some lines created by facial expressions over the years, especially due to my super-dry skin, and this product has really helped, making them almost invisible. I apply it on my face and neck every night, right after my eye treatment and before my night moisturizer. It has done wonders to the appearance of my skin. It allows my cream to get absorbed quicker and faster, and keeps my skin from often getting dry and dehydrated, as it did in the past. I’ll definitely repurchase it in the future, if I find it with -40% off because it’s a great product but it is expensive at around 115€ at 50ml of product, so I might have to look for more affordable options when this bottle finishes. That’s the only downside to it. On the plus side, it lasts “ages”, since I’ve been using it every night since February, and it still has product in it. Its dropper applicator really helps with the quantity you need, so you’re not wasting product, and it has a very light and pleasant smell.
