I wasn’t sure which one of the 2 posts that were left from my vacation I should post today, but given the autumn-like weather outside, this was the most suitable one. We actually took these photos before all the other photos I showed you so far (can you tell by the still pale white skin-color? Not that I complain, and not that I got super tanned after these, because I didn’t, but I did pass the off-white color of the previous summer! hehe You’ll see on my next posts). So we took these photos on a totally hot summer day, but since I found some leaves on the ground I played around with them (like I knew I was going to be posting this on such a grey day!). I actually wore this outfit the night before, but I photographed it the next evening to have decent lighting, hence the absence of make-up and the messy top bun ( I used to do this a lot to avoid getting my hair in the water some of the days). The absence of any other accessory apart from my gorgeous bag and shoes, was intentional. What do you think?
Δεν ήμουν σίγουρη για το ποιο από τα δύο άρθρα που μου έμειναν από τις διακοπές μου θα ανέβαζα σήμερα, αλλά μιας και ο καιρός έξω είναι άκρως φθινοπωρινός, αυτό ήταν σίγουρα το πιο κατάλληλο. Στην πραγματικότητα βγάλαμε τις φωτογραφίες αυτές πριν απ’όλες τις άλλες που σας έχω δείξει (φαίνεται άλλωστε από το ακόμα πάλλευκο δέρμα μου. Όχι ότι παραπονιέμαι, και όχι ότι μετά από αυτές απέκτησα ξαφνικά τροπικό μαύρισμα – γιατί δεν το έκανα – αλλά σίγουρα έχω μια πιο θερμή απόχρωση λευκού, ίσως λίγο καλύτερη από αυτήν πέρσι. Θα δείτε τι εννοώ στα επόμενα ποστ μου). Βγάλαμε λοιπόν αυτές τις φωτογραφίες μια πολύ ζεστή ημέρα, αλλά μιας και βρήκα στο έδαφος μερικά πλατανόφυλλα (αγαπώ πλατάνια!), έπρεπε να παίξω λίγο μαζί τους (λες και ήξερα ότι το ποστ θα ανέβαινε μια τέτοια γκρι ημέρα!). Στην πραγματικότητα φόρεσα αυτό το σύνολο το προηγούμενο βράδυ, αλλά περίμενα ως το επόμενο μεσημέρι για να βγάλουμε τις φωτογραφίες, εξού και η παντελής απουσία make-up και ο ταλαιπωρημένος από την θάλασσα κότσος (ναι είμαι απ’αυτές που δεν βάζουν κάθε μέρα το μαλλί μέσα στην θάλασσα!). Η απουσία κάθε άλλου αξεσουάρ ήταν εκούσια. Πώς σας φαίνεται λοιπόν;

I love this dress so much! You look uber gorgeous wearing it, and I liked the fact that you didn’t wear any other accessories, as you pointed out – the dress alone make up for everything! Beautiful sandals and clutch, so everything was perfect! I loved the bun as well, and the photos with the leaves. And after seeing them, I now believe autumn is coming soon 🙁 You know I love it, but I know you prefer spring/summer – but the leaves gave a special touch to the moment! Makia!

Thank you very much my sweet Denise. Yes, the dress and the shoes & clutch were all the accessories this look needed. And the watch of course. In summer I don’t like to wear many accessories, although I would have liked to use a belt, but I forgot it at home!
Oh yes autumn is coming if it isn’t here already. We’ve been having rain almost every day now. It’s pretty annoying. And I might have caught a cold (going to email you later tonight). Nothing serious though, don’t worry.

hehe We took these photos at the garden of the house I was staying in. It’s surrounded by nature, so everything is green around there. If you leave the lot it’s like you’re in the jungle.
Thank you very much! This wasn’t so neat either, because there are a lot of baby hair flying around. hehe It was a bit better when I went swimming but then it got ruined. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. My trick is to use 2 elastics. One to make a ponytail and one to wrap the bun and keep it in place! 😉
