I was sent this mascara, Urban Decay’s Troublemaker, a few months back, but since I already had one opened, I didn’t want to open another one so soon. So I recently started using it and I have kind of mixed feelings about it. The packaging is amazing, let’s start from that. It’s the most beautiful one I’ve ever seen. It says it’s super-fat, super-long, sex-proof mascara, and especially that last one caused quite a stir when it first came out. Let’s comment about those first two statements though; It has quite a thin wand, with small spikes, which is something I usually like, but I don’t think it made my lashes look neither super fat, nor super long. At its first use, I didn’t see any noticeable different, but after getting the hang of it I made it work better. Still I expected something better from a product with such statements. I find that it gives you a quite natural look, and you definitely need 2 (or even more) coats to get a good and noticeable result. I’m not a huge fan of “layering” when it comes to mascara, but if it’s something you like, don’t hesitate to try it out.

Sephora almond foot mask
I can’t believe I hadn’t written on the blog about this foot mask from Sephora. I thought I sure did, since I tried IT a long while ago, and I absolutely loved it. It’s pair of socks dipped in nourishing ingredients, that will make your feet softer than ever. You just put them on for a few minutes, massage the remaining liquid on your feet, and the next day they feel and look amazing. I’d definitely recommend you go check it out at your local Sephora. They’re worth it!

Sephora brush set | Review
I got this brush set a few months ago, through a Sephora PR kit, and from all the things that the kit included, this brush set was the one that caught my eye. I wanted to try it immediately! I don’t have many brushes in my collection, so I’m always happy when I get new ones. The packaging is really cute. They come in this cute little makeup bag which is gold and pink, and makes it easier to take the brushes with you when travelling. The set included these 5 brushes, and even though I haven’t tried all of them yet, the ones I have, are super soft and very pleasant to use. My favorite so far it the second one on the left, which I’ve been using for my bronzer all summer long. If you find them at your local Sephora store, go check them out!

NARS Dragon Girl Velvet Matte Lip Pencil review
Today, I’m reviewing NARS’ Dragon Girl Velvet Matte Lip Pencil and I can’t believe it took me that long to do it. It’s a perfect red color, that comes in the form of a lip pencil. It’s a very vibrant, cherry-red, with cool undertones, which I love. It’s super easy to use, and gives you precision, since it’s a pencil rather than a classic lipstick, but it’s creamy and quite opaque. It’s not drying, but it’s not moisturizing either. It lasts a long time on your lips, without having to re-apply it’s perfect for summer or winter, and it’s almost matte without too much of a transfer when drinking/eating. I really like its color, so if you don’t mind the hefty price tag, go for it!

Becca Hydra Mist set & refresh powder review
I’ve been trying out this powder, since the moment I got my hands on it, because I had heard such raving reviews about it, that I wanted to try it myself. It’s super lightweight, finely cut, and translucent. It leaves your skin feeling cool and hydrated when it touches it, and that’s why it’s called hydra-mist. The product has a large percentage of water in it, and that feeling is indeed unique. But, it’s not long-lasting, and the most oily areas on my face need powdering again after just a few hours. And it’s even worse when applied to my eyelids. For me, it works better on the face, compared to the eyes, but still it’s an expensive product that doesn’t offer that much (in my opinion). I’m not that impressed with it, so I don’t think I’ll be re-purchasing it again in the future. Have you tried this powder? If yes, let me know what you thought of it.
