The powder puff lippie is a new product by NYX, which I recently received from the brand, and I started using it as soon as possible. I received mine in the shade “Best Buds” which is a nice pink/peachy nude. You can see me wearing it in the exact previous post. It’s a creamy lip color, which has an almost matte finish, and leaves a powdery feel on your lips. It’s super strange, nothing like I’ve ever tried before, but at the same time I absolutely loved it. It’s super easy to apply, thanks to the sponge it has on the top of the tube, it has a nice fruity scent, it’s creamy at first, and then turns to powder. It looks matte, but feels creamy and powdery at the same time, and it doesn’t dry my lips. I’ve been using it non-stop this month, and I love both its feel and its color. The only disadvantages I can find to it, and I honestly don’t care much about it, is that it’s transferable, and doesn’t last that long on my lips. And the fact that you will probably need a lip liner before using any of its darker shades. But these are ok by me. I definitely suggest you get one yourself, and try it out! You won’t regret it!

Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette review
The people who know me, know that I rarely wear eyeshadow on my eyes. Most of the times, I just wear my eyeliner and I’m ready to go out. But since the moment I got this Urban Decay Cosmetics Naked Heat eyeshadow palette, I fell so in love with these warm toned colors, that I felt the need to experiment with my makeup more. So I started using this more and more often, and these days, I don’t even bother using my eyeliner. Most of the times, I combine 2-3 eyeshadow colors from this palette on my eyes, put on some mascara and I’m ready to go. So the first reason I loved this palette it’s because of its colors, that go perfectly well with my skin tone, and my hair color. But they’re very well-pigmented too, and they also blend well, which is always a plus, and the colors are quite long-lasting too. I also loved the cute brush that comes with the palette. It makes it so easy to do your makeup. It also closes very well with a magnet, so you can take it anywhere with you. So if you are in search for a good eyeshadow palette in warm colors I strongly suggest you get this one here.

Becca x Jaclyn Hill Shimmering Skin perfector C pop review
One of my favorite products of 2017, was definitely this highlighter by Becca Cosmetics, in collaboration with Jaclyn Hill. I’ve only had it in my hands for 2-3 months for the end of 2017, but it definitely won a place in the top 17. The shade is called C-Pop or Champagne pop as some people are calling it, and it’s a perfect rose-gold shimmery shade. I’ve been using it almost non-stop since the day I got it, and you can say it was love at first sight for me. Some people say that its glow is very intense, but I think it’s buildable. You can use it from day to night, and make it as intense as you like. It comes in a really nice round container, with a nice big mirror, which makes it perfect for travelling. Of course I took it with me to Athens last month; I simply couldn’t leave it behind. If you’re looking for a nice highlighter you should definitely check out this one!

Kat von D Alchemist Holographic palette review
The Kat von D Alchemist Holographic palette is one of the most beautiful palettes I’ve ever had the pleasure of owning. It has a gorgeous holographic packaging, the palette itself is triangle-shaped, and it has 4 pastel-colored highlighting powders in it. “Emerald” has a green hue, “Saphyre” has a blue hue, “Amethyst” has a violet hue, and “opal” has a pink hue. They’re all holographic and very pretty and all highly-pigmented. A light touch of your brush on them is going to give you extreme glow. That’s even good or bad, depending on how you’re doing your makeup and how much glow you want for it. For me, it’s definitely too much for everyday, so I’m keeping it for very special occasions. My favorite hue is definitely Opal, because it’s the most discreet one, that might give you a more natural glow. Mind you though, there’s nothing natural about these highlighters; the result is gonna be intense. Another thing I didn’t love about this palette, is the size of the pans. They’re tiny, like eyeshadow ones, so if you’re using them a lot, it’s gonna hit pan fast. That compared to the price of the palette is a bit discouraging. But if you love the colors and you love your bold highlighters, go for it. 😉

CND Glacial Illusion Collection
The new Glacial Illusion collection of CND for Winter 2018, is full of icy-cool shades, which I personally adore. It includes 6 colors, as always, with names such as “Ice Bar”, “Cashmere Wrap”, “Radiant Chill”, “Alpine Plum”, “Mystic Slate” and “Winter Nights”. “Ice Bar” is a shimmery translucent pink, “Cashmere Wrap” is a nice pink/beige, “Radiant Chill” may look copper but it actually has rose gold hues, and gives a nice mirror effect, “Alpine Plum” is an icy lilac shade (which I’d love to add to my collection), “Mystic Slate” is icy grey/blue, and last but not least, “Winter Nights” is a nice deep night blue. The last one gives a pop of bold color to the whole collection and makes a nice combination with practically any color of Glacial Illusion. As you can see from the photo above, I received the colors “Winter Nights”, “Radiant Chill” and “Cashmere Wrap” of the collection, along with their famous top coat which I love. They’re all very pretty, but I personally loved Radiant Chill which I’m currently wearing on my nails.
