I’m well aware that this dress has nothing to do with the one the character Pocahontas wore, but for some reason it reminds me of her. It might be the light brown color, or the texture, I don’t know. In any case, that’s what I’m calling it in my mind. It’s one of my latest purchases, which I’ve shown you on my new haul video here, and it’s from the brand BT London. I styled it with my brown platforms, a dark brown shoulder bag, and big brown sunglasses. The only thing sticking out of the brown pattern was my curly (for the day!) red hair. My leaf necklace, gift from a lovely reader who has become a friend, gave the perfect finish to this look. I absolutely loved this outfit, and these photos we took a couple of days ago, despite the games the sun played with the clouds that day, and so far, I’m loving my newly much shorter hair. But I’ll be waiting for YOUR comments. What do you guys think about this outfit, and my new short hair?

B&W in culottes | Outfits
The weather lately has been perfect, and even though the forecast predicts terrible weather for the end of the month, I was happy that I could finally start wearing some lighter clothes. You know how much I’ve loved my culottes last season, and it’s the perfect time to wear them again. That day, I chose a simple black and white outfit, adorned with a huge statement necklace in pastel tones, and paired it with my mary-jane platform pumps. Super stylish and comfortable too! If your body is pear-shaped like mine, wear your culottes with a nice fluffy sweater to create volume at the top of your body, and make the whole look more symmetric and sleek. I adore such looks! Later on, I replaced my pumps with a pair of ankle boots for a dinner with friends, and a more stable walk on the cobblestone alleys of my city. It looked great with both options… What do you think?

May 1st | Outfits
These photos couldn’t be any fresher. We took them on May 1st, as the title says, and I couldn’t wait to post them. Like last year, we were invited to Maria’s country house for barbecue with her and her friends. And of course we jumped at the chance to take some outfit photos at the swing again. It was a great day, and I was super happy to spend it with my boyfriend and friends. Plus I got to spend 3 days at my boyfriend’s place and take some days off work. And as soon as I returned home I started working again. Can you believe I missed my blogs so much? I can never leave them for long. I hope you enjoy these photos! How did you spend your weekend?

Superhero | Outfits
Continuing with the transitional outfits, here’s one from the early April. One of the first really warm days of this season, but not quite warm to go out without tights yet (however, since then I’ve tried it twice). It was super warm and sunny during the day, but the nights are still chilly, and I was going to be back home late, so I didn’t risk it. I was originally going to wear my playsuit with a pair of black booties, but a) I remembered that this outfit was quite similar, and b) I was going to do some shopping, and those booties aren’t exactly made for walking, so I thought I could wear my tall boots instead. As soon as I wore them I felt like I was some kind of superhero, and I’m not saying that as a good thing. I was already running late though, and it was too late to go back and change the shoes so I went with it. In the end it was so bad, right? Two things I loved about that look, except for my playsuit were that I tried using a green liner for my usual slightly winked eye-makeup (hopefully you can see that in some of the photos) and that I finally red-dyed my hair that day, so the color was really vibrant, and my hair completely straight. Do you like it?

Winter be gone | Outfits
These must be some of my last winter outfit photos this season. Lately we’ve been experiencing really sunny and warm days and hopefully winter won’t be back again. But these photos were taken a couple of weeks ago downtown, when I went to the event of Cosmopolitan Greece. We were really in a hurry not to miss the event, so we didn’t take many photos but those that we managed to take, were in a street I’ve been meaning to shoot in for quite some time. I already have so many outfits to show you, and I’ll do that in the following weeks, in which you’re going to see many transitioning outfits, while gravitating between winter and spring. Middle seasons are always the most difficult, because one day it’s cold and the next one is too hot to keep wearing winter clothes. So stay tuned! It’s going to be some interesting couple of weeks outfit-wise. 😉
