We took these photos before our coffee date with Kleoniki the other day. As soon as we reached the “photoshoot” location, it started raining, and the remaining light was hidden behind the clouds. We did the best we could, but the quality of the photos is not the best, sorry. Nevertheless, I decided to post them, because I wanted to show you the outfit of the day. Simple, cozy, comfortable, in skinny jeans and my latest favorite item… My new knit sweater that is… I can’t stop wearing it! Of course it wouldn’t be me, if I wasn’t wearing a pair of high heeled boots to finish the look. Do you like it?

Boyfriend jeans & booties | Outfits
This is a rather casual outfit that I wore a couple of days ago to meet with T. I was “praying” for the rain to stop so I can get a few photos for the blog. I’ve run out of posts guys! I’ll do my best to take some for Wednesday; otherwise I’ll have to find something else to post about. hehe. Back to the outfit now… When I bought my boyfriend jeans, I said I’d only wear them with pumps, since I found the combo with booties quite unflattering on me, but I was running late the other day, trying to find what to wear, and I thought I’d give it a try. And to be honest, I really liked it. Not as much as I like it with pumps, but it was a bit edgier for me and it’s nice to occasionally get out of my comfort zone. What do you think about this look?

Layer it! | Outfits
I wore this outfit on Wednesday when the weather was around 18 degrees, and I could easily stay out without my coat on. It definitely felt like early spring, but I know that we’re just in the middle of halcyon days and we’ll soon be back to winter. So I try to enjoy it while I can. I get unbelievably happy when the weather is sunny and preferably around 20-30 degrees. I absolutely loved my outfit of the day! Never thought I’d like a layered outfit so much. Of course I wore tights, but the beanie was purely for the sake of style. This sweater is also one of the new entries in my closet, and it’s already become a favorite. I layered it on top of a long shirtdress and a mini skirt, but if your skirt is longer, or if you’re just feeling daring, feel free to wear it without one! 😉 Mine was shorter than I expected so I didn’t. Shorts can also work with this look. Play around with layers and find out what works for you! Happy weekend my little gossipers. 😛

Winter pastels | Outfits
I’m really excited about today’s post, because…. I went shopping and came home with quite a few finds. At last! I really needed to buy some new stuff, and I couldn’t help myself anymore. I broke my “shopping diet”. I hadn’t actually bought anything since last August, when I bought 2 pieces of clothing. So I got a few things, and among them were 3 of the items I’m wearing in this post. I found this gorgeous mint coat, with 50% off, and I couldn’t leave it behind. The funny thing is that Kleoniki had the same idea for another mint coat, and we met up downtown unintentionally looking like twins, so we had a good laugh. If I could I would have bought the baby pink, and baby blue version of it as well. Also new are the sweater and this beautiful hear-printed shirt. I kept the rest of the outfit quite simple and black, to keep some balance since it’s still winter and I had a long day ahead of me so I wanted to be warm and comfortable. Oh I love this look! What do you think?

Winter showers & high heels | Outfits
Lately the weather has been more than gloomy. It’s been raining non-stop for weeks, and those happened to be the weeks I was the busiest. My house only saw me for sleep, work on the computer and the blogs, and the annual Christmas baking, but believe me most of the time was spent out of the house running from here to there, and trying to fit everything into my busy schedule. And…I made it! I feel so proud that I managed to accomplish everything in my to-do list. I don’t even know how I found the time to do everything. If you want something really bad, then you find the time to do it, that’s so true! In other news, we took these photos in one of the intermissions from rain. It’s something really simple, worn with my favorite accessory, a pair of high heels! Hope you like it! 😉
