Black and Yellow | Outfit post

We took these photos a couple of days ago, when we went for a walk, and then returned home to watch a movie the way we like: privately. This time we watched In Time, a sci-fi action movie which had a bit weird plot, but in the end we really liked it. You should check out the link, if you’re interested.

You may remember the place of these photos from my post Neon Love, a post I really enjoyed taking pictures for, because there was nobody around to stare at me, when taking the photos. We went there again, for this post, but we were asked to leave after a while, as it’s forbidden to be there without permission, so we continued the “photoshoot” at another location. Bye bye favorite place for outfit shots. You’ll be missed.

Put a cherry on top | Outfit post

This is an outfit that I had in mind from the moment I bought this peplum top, but I didn’t have the chance to wear until now. Another item that I didn’t have the chance to wear until now was my cherry skirt, which was a birthday present from my mom last year. I couldn’t let the season pass without wearing it at least once, because it’s an item I love, and I’m happy to have it in my closet. Even if I’m always the one to overdress for a night out, and that particular skirt always generates comments about that fact, I don’t care! So I wore my cherry skirt with pride and went for dinner with my bf and cousins.

Candy colors and city lights | Outfit post

About a week ago my best friend invited us to his house in Ano Poli (Upper/Old Town) to celebrate his birthday together, with a barbecue. Unfortunately it was also a going away party, since he left to study abroad. The weather wasn’t our friend that day, since it was raining almost non-stop and we had the barbecue at his upper balcony. Thankfully his parents have built a kiosk so we were able to sit on the balcony, and avoid the rain. The added curtains held the wind away, and kept us warm enough. Despite the cold and the rain, I refused to wear a dark colored outfit, and went with my first choice. A candy colored outfit, which was pretty feminine but also very comfortable for the day.

Blue, white and pink skies | Outfit post

Hello to everyone, I hope you had a great weekend. My weekend was full of rain, as Fall made its first appearance. But before the weather took a bad turn, we managed to photograph a few more of my outfits, with T. You’ll see them all when the time comes, but this week is almost completely dedicated to Vancouver Fashion Week, and my priority is to write a few posts about it. But we’ll get back to that, soon. This is the 2nd outfit I wore to spend the day with T. I desperately needed to save these sandals, according to the Shoeper Shoe Challenge by Shoeperwoman.com that I’m taking part in, so I wore them with a pretty casual outfit, to tone them down. Let me know what you think in the comments section below.

Bare midriffs and Greek colors | outfit post

I wanted to wear the bare midriff trend for a long time, but since my body isn’t as fit as I would like it to be to wear a cropped top, I kept postponing it. Until, I came across an old top in my closet, that reminded me of how much I loved it in the past and decided to pair it with one of my summer white high-waisted skirts. That way, the bare part would be kept to a minimum, and I would still be able to wear one of the trends of this summer that I really like. On the plus side I could wear it with my blue D&G slingback pumps to save another pair of shoes.
