We shot these outfit photos at my parents’ house about 2 weeks ago, and I got bit by so many mosquitoes during the shooting that I completely regretted taken them in the garden after all. I wasn’t wearing anything special that day, I was going for casual, but since it was the 15th of August, which is a huge holiday in Greece, I wanted to look “fancier” than usual. So I chose to wear my lemon print top which I paired with my khaki shorts, and my usual flat sandals. We ended the day with watching a hilarious french movie at a local open cinema, with the family, my boyfriend, and some friends. Nothing better than that. It was one of the best summer nights we had so far!

NARS Dragon Girl Velvet Matte Lip Pencil review
Today, I’m reviewing NARS’ Dragon Girl Velvet Matte Lip Pencil and I can’t believe it took me that long to do it. It’s a perfect red color, that comes in the form of a lip pencil. It’s a very vibrant, cherry-red, with cool undertones, which I love. It’s super easy to use, and gives you precision, since it’s a pencil rather than a classic lipstick, but it’s creamy and quite opaque. It’s not drying, but it’s not moisturizing either. It lasts a long time on your lips, without having to re-apply it’s perfect for summer or winter, and it’s almost matte without too much of a transfer when drinking/eating. I really like its color, so if you don’t mind the hefty price tag, go for it!

Hey, I’m back! After a short break of about 2 weeks, I’m back to posting on my blog. I needed that short break for myself. I’ve been working non-stop lately and I really wanted some time off to recharge my batteries, and come back with more energy. I really missed posting here. I think it’s the first time ever, that I’ve had such a long break from it, but trust me, I really needed it. I wish I could post outfits more often here, but I’m afraid I won’t be able to shoot more often than I do now. So, let’s talk about the outfit of the day, or more accurately, the outfit of the night. I wore this look, for my mom’s birthday, on the 6th of August, and we managed to shoot these photos, just as the last sunlight died. As you can see, the cars behind me all have their lights turned on. So excuse me, if the quality of these photos is not perfect. I was also testing a new lens that day. So, this top, was a nameday gift from my sister-in-law last month. It ties either at the front, or at the back, depending on your mood and clothes. Since I wore it with these shorts, that already had a bow at the front, I decided to put the bow of the top at the back. Finished off the look, with some old favorite shoes, my new Migato bag, and a pair of mirror sunglasses, which were not needed at the end. Let me know what you think. Do you like it?

Denim shorts & crop tops | Outfits
We shot this look really quickly last week, before we went to my parents’ house. I really love this location, and I’ve shot many of my outfit photos there, and hopefully I’ll shoot even more now that I’m relatively closer to it. For the look of the day, I decided to wear my pair of Lee denim shorts, that I recently got, and my favorite crop top that I got from H&M last year. I’d normally wear this with flat sandals to make the look more carefree, but these shorts don’t look that great on me when I’m wearing flats, so heels it was. Went with that vintage leather bag though, instead of the usual red cross body bag I would have normally worn, to make it more casual. Heels make everything look more formal, and some times it’s something I love, while others, like this one, I dislike. It looked good, but I’d prefer to wear it with a nice comfortable pair of flats. Well, maybe next time. Hope you like today’s look! Let me know by leaving a comment below!

Becca Hydra Mist set & refresh powder review
I’ve been trying out this powder, since the moment I got my hands on it, because I had heard such raving reviews about it, that I wanted to try it myself. It’s super lightweight, finely cut, and translucent. It leaves your skin feeling cool and hydrated when it touches it, and that’s why it’s called hydra-mist. The product has a large percentage of water in it, and that feeling is indeed unique. But, it’s not long-lasting, and the most oily areas on my face need powdering again after just a few hours. And it’s even worse when applied to my eyelids. For me, it works better on the face, compared to the eyes, but still it’s an expensive product that doesn’t offer that much (in my opinion). I’m not that impressed with it, so I don’t think I’ll be re-purchasing it again in the future. Have you tried this powder? If yes, let me know what you thought of it.
