Hello to everyone, I hope you had a great weekend. My weekend was full of rain, as Fall made its first appearance. But before the weather took a bad turn, we managed to photograph a few more of my outfits, with T. You’ll see them all when the time comes, but this week is almost completely dedicated to Vancouver Fashion Week, and my priority is to write a few posts about it. But we’ll get back to that, soon. This is the 2^nd outfit I wore to spend the day with T. I desperately needed to save these sandals, according to the Shoeper Shoe Challenge by Shoeperwoman.com that I’m taking part in, so I wore them with a pretty casual outfit, to tone them down. Vancouver Fashion Week schedule

Now that NYFW is over, it’s time to concentrate on another very important Fashion Week, the one of Vancouver, Canada. In one of my previous posts, I talked to you about Vancouver Fashion Week, which is going to take place on 18^th-23^rd of September, in Vancouver, Canada. For anyone who wants to attend, the event will be held at The Chinese Cultural Center, located at 50 Pender St E Vancouver. You can find directions here. Today, I’m going to share with a few more details about the event, such as the schedule.

1 outfit, 2 Shoe Saves

These outfit photos were taken a couple of days ago, when T. came to town and we went for a walk. We used to love to take the car and drive around town and then sit somewhere and talk for hours, but it’s something we didn’t have the chance to do for a long time. But now that his army duty is coming to an end, I think we’ll continue our little tradition. We missed our trips together, and we discussed about the next road trip we’ll take. He was my photographer for the day, and I really hope you enjoy these photos.

Mint jeans, statement necklaces and full moon

On Friday the 31^st of August aka the last day of Summer, we had a full moon (in fact a Blue moon), and I couldn’t pass the opportunity to go again to my latest favorite café in town to enjoy it while drinking wine with good company. I took my photos in the afternoon, and went straight there, to catch a good table so as to be able to have a view of the whole city again, and watch the sunset while I was there. Watching the sun set into the sea, never seize to impress me. As we’re slowly going into fall, I take every chance I can get to wear some of my summer items, and most importantly some of my summer shoes, which haven’t been saved yet. This was one of these cases.

My month in pics – August 2012

Another month comes to an end and takes with it our precious summer! Although summer in Greece is far from over, I can’t hide the fact that I get a little bit depressed every time this happens. It’s not that I love summer, no! I actually hate the scorching heat that goes with it…I’m a spring girl at heart. That’s my favorite season. But when summer is over, it means that we’re going into fall and then winter (my least favorite season). I can’t help it but feel depressed by this change, when nature changes again, and we can see nothing but fallen leaves (which I admit can be very romantic) and naked trees, and most important of all, the time changes again! This time change from summer to winter is what depress me the most, when the days become shorter, and the nights longer… When the darkness comes at 5pm instead of 8.30-9.30 p.m that does in summer… Oh summer time I’ll miss you the most! At least we have almost 2 more months until the time change!
