And I’m back with a new outfit post, as promised! Yay! Yesterday it was really sunny so we decided to meet up and take some photos for the blog too. I was in a fancy mood, but I also wanted to wear my wedge sandals, which I haven’t worn since I got them. The result didn’t exactly satisfy me, but oh well… Sometimes it’s a hit, sometimes it’s a miss. I’m gonna try the same look with different shoes someday, ‘cause I really liked this color combo. Greek blogger DoYouSpeakGossip?

On our last day in Chalkidiki, T. and I decided to go to Porto Carras resort and spend some time there. I chose to wear my mint floral jumpsuit on top of my bikini, and I didn’t regret it because it was light and comfortable and the weather was hot, hot, hot!!! I really love this place. Its lagoon pools make me want to stay there all day. Did you know I used to be a swimmer when I was younger? I’ve been in and out of pools since I was 4 years old, and I absolutely love them. I actually prefer them to the sea. And they’re such a beautiful backdrop too. Don’t you agree? I’ll be back wish fresh new outfit posts soon. Stay tuned!

Lately, it’s been so hot that I want to live in my new playsuits. This one is a bit shorter than I’d usually go for, and this is because I ordered it online, but I think it looks good. What do you think? This is a super simple summer outfit for a night out for drinks in the hot city. If you’re on an island or somewhere near the sea, replace the heels, with flats, or at least with platforms/wedges (if you absolutely want to wear heels), for more stable walking around! Don’t let the high heels ruin your night. Also keep your accessories and your makeup to the minimal. It’s summertime, don’t overdo it! These are my tips of the day! Now, go and have fun! Quilted chanel boy inspired bag - SammyDress

We took these photos some days ago on a really cloudy day, almost exactly before sundown. I wore this outfit to a bloggers/Youtubers meeting we had at TGI Friday’s, which I’m hoping to repeat again in the future. My playsuit is super comfortable, and cool, which makes it perfect for hot summer days. It’s short, but long enough for me, and can look amazing from day to night, with just changing a few accessories. If you’ve watched my latest haul video you’ve probably seen it there, so you know it’s from the s/s 2016 season, so I’m sure you can still find it in stores. Lately, my choice in outfits goes somewhat like this: I open my closet, find the pair of shoes I haven’t worn in “ages”, then pick the clothes that can go with it (double score if it’s an item I haven’t worn for a long time!), and accessorize it. Ready! Maxi dresses that touch the ground can be tricky. I always wear mine with high heels, because I really don’t want my dress to get dirty, and then I usually lift it up with my hands a little bit when climbing stairs, to be sure not to step on it and fell flat on my face. Maxi dresses are perfect for the transitional season; because they keep you warm enough, and can easily be layered with a pashmina or a jacket/blazer. It was too hot for that though, so I just wore mine with a favorite pair of heels and my mint/floral clutch bag. Doesn’t it look great? I’ll be waiting for your comments! 🙂
