It’s prom season for many of you, which means I have many requests to write an article about my thoughts and suggestions. And to be honest, I really love writing such articles, because I get to browse the net to find beautiful dresses and get inspired, and find new e-shops to suggest for you. I chose to show you only the ones I have worn over the past few years (and I still wear), and not some pairs that are still in my closet, but I haven’t worn for years (maybe!). With the weather outside being all spring-like, I can’t help but think all about my favorite season, and the pretty colors and scents that come with it. A few days ago, as I was researching an article for Stylishly Beautiful, about the Pantone colors of the year of 2016, I came across these 2 pastel blue beauties and my heart skipped a bit. I SO want a pair of pastel blue pumps to enter my wardrobe collection. I hope I’ll find the right pair soon. And that bag is so pretty too! As for the other items, these lace-up ballerina style, isn’t the first time that has been included in my wishlist, but I still haven’t found the one for me. The dress, and the sandals were just eye-candy I found online, and I wouldn’t exactly object to them entering my wardrobe either. Do you like my choices of the month?

February 2016 Instagram feed feat- doyouspeakgossip

Since 2016 is a leap year, this month has 29 days instead of 28. Lots of things happened this month, but let’s see together what February had for me and my blog. I showed you 9 outfits in total this month, while I stayed quite active in Instagram (my favorite social media… if you don’t follow me already, you can do it now @doyouspeakgossip), and managed to film and upload 2 new videos: January Favorites feat. Kleoniki of Notebook of Claire and a mini haul with what I bought during the sales. If you don’t follow me there too, make sure to subscribe to my channel, to see all my videos, and never miss any. A little black dress is what every girl needs in her closet. It might be a cliché, but it’s true. Even when you have no idea what to wear, the little black dress comes to the rescue. It’s super easy to style it too. And the result almost always looks chic and stylish. Pair it with a belt, a jacket and a pair of heels (high or low, it doesn’t matter, whatever you feel comfortable in) add some jewelry if you wish, and there you have it. From simple to chic in 5 steps… That was my case that day, the classic “don’t know what to wear” case, but the little black dress “saved the day”. What do you think?
