I’m sure you’ve noticed that when I’m wearing a skirt, it’s either a pencil or a full one. I absolutely love pencil skirts. I find them very ladylike and sexy in their own kind of way. Sexy shouldn’t be confused with vulgar. A woman can be sexy and look like a lady at the same time. It’s how you present yourself and how you want others to think of you. I’m not a prude, on the contrary. But I respect myself and my body, and I think outfits show your character. And if your clothes look “cheap” then you might lose some respect from the people around you. So be very careful of the way you dress, because your outfits are like a mirror to your personality and personal values, ladies. And pencil skirts can instantly add some class to your looks, in my opinion of course. They can be dressed up or dressed down, like I did that day, with the addition of a cozy sweater, a warm pair of tights, and my tall boots. Do you like the result?

4 years ago | Outfits
As promised, here’s the full outfit of the day we celebrated my blog’s anniversary with a cake. 4 years ago, I wrote my first post on this blog, and without putting too much thought on it, I became a blogger. I told you many times before, that I treat my blog like my business, but at the same time I see it as my child. It’s something that I’m really passionate and proud about. So naturally I had to celebrate its “birthday” and dress up in a proper way! Here’s the outfit of that day. Simple, two-color, ladylike chic, like my signature style! I hadn’t worn this dress in a while so I thought it was a good opportunity to do so. I hope you like the look. Don’t forget to take part on my blog’s new giveaway.

Black & floral by Axel Accessories | Outfits
On my previous post I talked to you about my collaboration with the Greek brand Axel accessories. Today, I’m going to tell you a few more details. I was asked to pick some items from their current collection and style them, according to my taste. It was really difficult for me to choose the pieces I chose, because the store is huge, and it has a vast range of clothes, bags, shoes, and accessories, in every color and print possible. It took me hours to decide on the items I wanted and then find the right accessories for them, but it was an amazing experience. For a fashion blogger, this is like a kid in a playground. You can imagine my excitement! Thankfully I had my good friend Kleoniki with me to help me decide, and give me her opinion (thank you for your patience Kleoniki). For the first outfit, I picked an amazing black midi skirt, with floral print details, which I paired with a black top with some draping, and these gorgeous bracelets, and bag to add some color to the look. To make it a bit more playful, I added a vintage bright yellow coat on top. I hope you like my styling.

A tartan affair | Outfits
I’m back with another pencil skirt and an outfit I actually saw in one of my dreams, and woke up with the mood for it. So since the weather is getting colder and colder, and it’s no longer comfortable to go out bare-legged, this was probably my last chance to wear it. Not that I didn’t feel cold after sundown, but I was mostly indoors that day, so it wasn’t that bad. As you’ll notice, my belt and my cat-eye sunglasses are my only accessories to this outfit. I think I’m getting back to my old self, when my only accessory was my watch. But it’s probably just a phase. Hope you like this look!

Fashion Secret Nights | Outfits
This was quite an eventful photoshoot for the blog! Let’s start by telling you that I wore this outfit to the Fashion Secret Nights event at TGI Friday’s last Tuesday. I didn’t have time to photograph the outfit then, so I arranged for T. and I to photograph it properly the next morning, dressed exactly the same, and wore the exact same make up as last night, minus the dark eyeliner. I left all my accessories except for the belt back home, and realized it when we had already taken a few photos at a not-so-close location. So I had to go back home, wear the accessories, and relocate, because it was getting cloudy and started raining in the meantime. As a result the photos were not ideal, but after some clicks I gave up, declared the photoshoot as a failure and went for a hot cup of chocolate. These are the only ones I kinda liked. Enjoy! 🙂
