Casual in black & grey | Outfits

I just love grey in fall/winter, and black is such a classic and an all-time-favorite color. So a combination of these two basic colors is one I really enjoy. For a casual stroll with my boyfriend to do some light shopping, I paired my striped knit dress with my checkered grey waterfall cardigan, and my new silver backpack and biker boots. I really loved this look, even though it was really simple and casual. The day was amazing and really warm so that definitely helped too.

Kind of casual | Outfits

Today’s look is kind of casual, but knowing me, you know that I wouldn’t leave it at just that. I finished off my casual look with a pair of killer heels. A pair by Migato, which I really love this season, and they’re not going to leave my feet anytime soon. To be honest, I didn’t LOVE the outfit. Something wasn’t exactly right, and that something is probably the shirt, which makes the look way more casual than I’d like it to be, but oh well…The weather was lovely, the sun was shining (not even close to the weather we’ve been having lately) and everything was perfect. I’m currently en route to Athens by car. You’ll soon find out why, just stay tuned, and I’ll tell you everything next week! 😉 See you soon!

I have a thing with burgundy | Outfits

As the title says: I have a thing with burgundy. I love it and wear it so much during fall/winter, and I have many clothes and accessories in my wardrobe in this color. I bought this short sleeved knit last year, and I like to layer it on top of summer dresses, to create a fall appropriate look. Since it’s long, I like to use a belt to create a better image, for it not to look too loose. Of course I had to pair it with my new burgundy velvet bag, and ankle boots. Can you blame me? They work perfectly well together. I also bought some flowers that day, and I absolutely had to include them in this photoshoot. They are simply perfect! Do you like this outfit? I absolutely love it!

The mustard sweater | Outfits

The mustard sweater 5- outfit - DoYouSpeakGossip.comAs you might already know, mustard is a huge color trend for fall/winter 2017/2018. Even though I didn’t really like it in the past, it works well with my skin tone and hair color, so I decided to buy a sweater in this color, after having seen it online and loved it. This is an oversized sweater, and it’s a bit tricky to buy the right size online. I actually for the first time in years, had to return it and size way down with this one. I actually got it on XS, and as you can see it’s still quite oversized on me. I couldn’t wait to wear it of course, and even though it’s still not cold enough for turtlenecks, I went along and wore it anyway. I paired it with my leather like pants, that still fit well, even though I gained weight since last winter, and my favorite winter booties. Simple but great at the same time. What do you guys think?

Wicked witch on Halloween | Outfits

Wicked witch on Halloween 2- outfit - DoYouSpeakGossip.comI didn’t intend on dressing for Halloween that day, since we don’t actually celebrate it in Greece, but the result was very Halloween-esque not to post it today. I really wanted to wear my forest green lipstick, because I really like it, but it’s difficult to wear such a bold color in your everyday life in my small town. So I decided it to tone it down with a matching hat and jacket. I really liked the result, but the truth is that it’s one of those outfits that look much better in real life than in photos. I didn’t actually loved the result of these, but I decided to post them anyway. The wind was blowing my hair in my face all the time, and the hat left my head numerous times, so we had to take hundreds of photos that day, for me to be able to find enough for this outfit post. It’s actually the first time I’m wearing this dress, and even though I liked it very much on the site, I’m not sure about it on me. I had to size up, for it not to look too tight around my hips, but since I’m “pear-shaped” it’s big around the arms, waist and bust, so I think I have to take it to my seamstress to fix that. Also new, is my Daniel Wellington watch in black mesh and rose gold. You have 15% off with the code “SPEAK” on their site, if you’re interested. What do you guys think about this look?
