Over the knee boots with jeans | Outfits

Over the knee boots with jeans

You can probably tell by the number of photos in this outfit, that I didn’t like my outfit of the day. And you’d be…correct. I didn’t have a lot of time to think about my outfit that day. I knew I wanted to wear my new over the knee boots, so I decided to pair them with some jeans. However, I shouldn’t have chosen a blue pair, because it made a contrast with my boots, and it didn’t look good. It looked even worse in the photos, and I was contemplating for days whether or not to post them here, but we don’t always have good outfit days, as we don’t always have good hair or makeup days. We’re all humans, and we’re far from flawless. So here’s a far-from-flawless outfit of the day, as a reminder to myself to a) stay with your instincts and don’t wear your new boots with jeans (maybe not in a contrasting color at least), b) stop eating greasy foods, you gained weight again! haha I hope you have a great week!

Casual windy day | Outfits

Casual windy day 4- outfit - DoYouSpeakGossip.com

Can you tell it was a really windy day when we took these photos? I bet you can! It wasn’t that windy when I left the house. It was actually quite sunny and warm, and I didn’t even have to wear a jacket (unfortunately the weather has changed since then!), but after we ran some errands and came to take these photos it was too windy not to have my hair up. That’s why you see me trying to keep them out of my face in every picture. It’s one of the simplest and most casual outfits I’ve ever worn, quite comfortable and warm enough for that day. You know I don’t consider these outfits interesting enough to be posted on my blog, but I know you like to see more casual outfits from me, so here’s another one. I hope you like it, despite the flying hair around me! 😛 Don’t forget to leave your comments under the post.

Skater dress & over the knee boots | Outfits

Skater dress & over the knee boots

Last week we visited the renovated Migato store downtown and took a closer look at their fall/winter 2016/2017 collection. As a result, I got home with a new pair of boots. I’ve been flirting with the idea of buying a pair of over the knee boots lately, but I wasn’t sure if they were going to look good on me. But when I tried these velvet ones who just came to the store, I knew I had to get them. So here’s the first time I wore them. For their first outing, I decided to pair them with a mini skater dress, to make the look playful and fresh. I really liked how it looked. Since the boots have a low heel, they can be worn from day to night easily, so I would definitely recommend them. Check out their link at the end of this post.

How to use Instagram to find cool places near you to visit

How to use Instagram to find cool places next to you to visit

This is not a new feature on Instagram, but many people don’t know it or don’t use it for this reason, and I found that it’s a really cool way to find great places to visit that are near you, especially when you’re traveling, and you haven’t done much of a search or don’t have friends there to recommend places to you. So what I like to do when I’m in a new city, and I want to find cool places to go for coffee/food/drinks/dessert, is search through Instagram. Yes, Instagram! It’s pretty easy, you’ll see.

Pencil skirts season | Outfits

Pencil skirts season

It’s pencil skirts season, and I love it! I loved this outfit and these photos so much and you can probably tell by the number of photos I edited and included in this post. It was a beautiful day, the sun was shining bright, it was warm enough to go bare-legged, and without a coat on, and we went for breakfast as soon as we finished with these photos. Could this day have been any better? Haha I hope you like it as well. Let me know what you think by leaving a comment below.
