Our last day in Ioannina, was the fullest. We left the city and went to the mountains, to visit some of the villages of Zagori, also known as Zagoroxoria. We drove to one of our friends’ villages, called Tsepelovon, which is one of biggest villages in Zagori. The village is really beautiful and all the houses there have the same architecture. I took many photos and chose some of them to show you here. I’ve also included some funny photos of me and my cousin Alkistis. After Tsepelovo, we took the road back home, driving by 2 old bridges, Noutsou/Kokori and Kapetan Arkouda where we also took some photos… We made a stop to the graphic village of Metsovo, to eat lunch, and then continued our trip back to Thessaloniki!
